- The rails for 3 of the fence sections are unbroken, while the 4th section has a break that has been glued, and the 5th section has 3 small breaks with only two broken sections included for repair
- All vertical posts are included, although one post on each of 4 fence sections is unattached at one end (loose or missing nail)
- The color on the red gate has little color wear and fading, while the color of the green posts is heavily worn and faded
- Light scratches and scuffs from age and handling
