A Pair of Decorative Onxy & White Metal Amphoras

This pair of solid onyx and white metal amphoras (amphorae) are in a very nice condition. 

One of them does have a small chip on the side. 

Please see the area circled in red in Photo 2.

However, apart from that they are in an otherwise lovely condition.

They are approximately 24 cm tall and each one weighs about 850 grams. 

So they are quite heavy!

I believe they date from the 1960s but I'm not entirely sure.

They may also be Italian but, again, I cannot say for certain.
