Very Good to Good condition. Minor creasing to fold-out map at rear, with light foxing, and offset foxing to facing text pages. Some mainly light foxing to prelims, title page and first few text leaves, but some scattered foxing to rest of the text. Tissue guard facing frontispiece has age-toned.
