1890 antique belt buckle silver Art Nouveau front/back lady head original

original Victorian Art Nouveau style ladies belt and buckle
1. two parts, long filigree piece in front and large lady head hook in back
2. I have not cleaned this
3. silk fabric is very worn, needs to be replace
4. very small break in filigree in front
5. belt threads through front piece,
6. back piece has hook
7. metal is silver colored, not marked silver
8. magnet does not stick
9. stunning item in really good condition
10. face on front and back as a bit of brass showing through the silver, I could conclude that this is silver over brass, see photos
approximate measurements
1. front 1.5 wide x 7 in. long
2. back 2 1/8 x 1 5/8 in.
