• All items sold leave my premises in exactly the condition as described.

• All songbooks and sheet music will be wrapped in plastic, and sent in a stiff container.
• DOMESTIC (Canada) shipping: Default method will include tracking. I will not ship paper items by lettermail, so please do not ask!
  
• SHIPMENTS TO U.S.A.: Default method is by "Small Packet Air"-this method does not include tracking. You may also choose "Tracked Packet" at checkout. This is highly recommended.
• SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA: Default method is by "Small Packet Surface". This is most economical but shipping time can take up to 3 months, and does not include tracking. You may also choose "Tracked Packet Air" at checkout, which is highly recommended. Some countries do not participate in the Tracked Packet program-therefore "Xpresspost-Air" is offered at checkout.
• Any applicable taxes or duties for foreign shipments is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• A nominal handling charge is built in to the shipping cost to cover my cost for good quality and safe packaging. I most certainly do not like to hear that items have been damaged in transit. Although handling is out of my control after leaving my premises, I do my best to pack as safely as possible to minimize the possibility of damage
• I GLADLY COMBINE SHIP - If you over-pay for shipping of multiple items, I always refund the difference between what was paid and what the real cost is.

• Returns are not generally accepted. If there is a problem with the item you received, please contact me first, to discuss our options. I will be as flexible as possible, and your satisfaction is guaranteed - see my feedback - I am very proud of it!
