This is an incredibly overengineered garment with features that you would normally find in adult ski suits or outerwear (taped seams, internal pocket for a phone or music player, wind cuffs with thumbholes, reflective strips, etc). The average toddler won't use them, but it's a small piece of entertainment and joy for the parent.
