Here is a very handsome tall polychrome flow blue pitcher by Samuel Johnson.  Piece has an art noveau floral design in polychrome colors and cobalt blue handle and rim.  Measures7"H x 6.5"handle to spout.  Beautiful display and maker's marks are found on the underside.
