This antique copper paella pan is perfect for cooking paella or making delicious jams. With a diameter of 12.25 inches (31cm) and a beautiful hammered finish, this handcrafted, heavy copper pan is a must-have for any kitchen. Made of high-quality copper and with a shiny tin lining, this pan will last for years to come if properly cared for and is a great addition to any collection of cookware or collectibles. Whether you're a professional chef or a home cook, this pan is sure to impress and make your cooking experience memorable.

This antique, artisanal copper paella pan has a shiny tin lining, hammered finish, and cast iron handles. This copper pan can also function as a jam pan, where the narrower and slightly concaved base encourages evaporation during cooking. This copper pan has a unique hammered finish which makes it stand out! This copper pan is a used item and has seen some use in its lifetime! In addition to the heavy patinaed exterior, one of the handles and several copper rivets has been replaced at some point during this copper pans lifetime.

While there are no obvious manufacturer stamps on this copper pan, the name of the previous owner is slightly legible on the sidewall of the pan. I've included several photos of the name, which is difficult to make out.

Measures of the pan are:

Diameter: 12.25 inches (31cm) without handles; 15.75 inches (40cm) including handles
Height: 3 inch (7.5cm) sidewalls
Weight: 3 pounds 6 ounces (1.53kg)

This heavy, artisanal copper pan is a one of a kind item and would make for a beautiful display piece as well as a functional pan. Why buy new when you can "upcycle" and have a pan with the history this one has at almost half the price of a new pan.
