Approx 7 1/2" x 10" with 256 pages. It has 12 color plates and nearly 300 illustration. Excellent quality of information. However the binding is pulled away from the book, it has a couple tears and missing half of the back cover page. Yet it is complete with no inner missing pages. Not dated but it looks early. Twelfth edition revised. Rough cover but readable with great illustrations.
