• ✔Our standing binoculars are authentic in form and function to the originals we found in an old French naval shipyard. Sailors relied on the 1920s version to track ships and aircraft at sea, and we've preserved the powerful optics.
• The binoculars are mounted on their original stand capable of a 360 degrees range and vertical adjustment with locking arm to maintain position for observation. Whilst aboard ship, these binoculars would have been mounted on large aluminum posts which would be bolted to a ships deck so the stand has been provided to allow for more comfortable and portable use in the domestic environment.
