Provence seasoning salt with 25% green herbs for the southern French taste, Kotányi style. This unique spice mix containing green herbs from Provence lends an unmistakable flavor to Mediterranean dishes.

The Provencal spice mix adds a sublime, savory taste to meats, fish, grilled dishes, herb oils, vinegars, and marinades.


When to add salt to the food? 

A general rule is to add salt to the food as late as possible. This is important because if we salt the food too early, the result may be too salty due to evaporating liquids during cooking. Therefore, it's best to serve salt and pepper alongside the dish.
