for consecrating any items used in this manner.

If you like you can make an intention before you use your mugwort, i.e., My intention is to be

receptive when meeting my guides. My intention is to explore the spiritual realm with freedom of

mind and gratitude, etc.

How to take:

Tincture- Take a tincture droplet to feel the results. 

Once you experiment you will be able to determine how much and when you want to take your mugwort.

* a little goes a long way* Start slowly if you have never used mugwort before.

Tips: You may want to keep a notebook or recorder nearby while sleeping, in case you feel the need

to document information in your 'sleep state' so you will remember what took place when you wake.
