This hard paste porcelain teapot was made by New Hall circa 1805-12 , it is from the Pat Preller collection and bears her label and the pattern number 546 on the base .
It is decorated with hand painted orange roses and enriched with gilding .
It stands at 7 1/8" high and measures 11 1/8" in diameter from the spout to the handle .
The end of the spout has been broken and restored , there are some cracks to the base , these have been over sprayed on the inside , there is heavy glaze crazing on both the inside and outside , the gilding is good with just slight wear . mostly on the top edge
Please see my other items for lots more New Hall from the Pat Preller collection , and add me to your saved sellers .
I will be listing lots more New Hall from the Pat Preller collection over the next few months , due to Pat thinning out her large collection .
