An attractive Blackpool crested souvenir ware ceramic hat pin holder, probaly dating from around 1900. standing on a wavy base, with transfer and hand decoration, the piece has the Blackpool crest surrounded by a gold lustre band and bow with raised dots. It features multicoloured glaze transfers of English roses and monocoloured lustre transfers of the same subject. The top is decorated with a green glazed band between two lustre circles, and further lustre has been stippled on the base through gauze.

In excellent antique condition. Approximately 150mm high.

This would make a wonderful display for some of the finest pieces from a hat pin collection, or a highly unusual addition to a souvenir ware or Blackpooliana collection.
