This is a newish addition from Silver Griffon Skies.  It was built upon the basic hair flower. The glow is quite strong and lasts hours on a good charge(at least 15 minutes under a light source).

It is made from polycarbonate,  aluminum and steel. Polycarbonate, though a strong plastic, can break if abused or over flexed.

It looks a little large, but it is extremely light weight. Even the larger version I forget I am wearing it. At its widest point it is approximately 2 1/4" wide and can stand up to 1" tall, but will likely relax to a slightly lower point.
