It is important to check that the details you have provided are correct as once the blanket is embroidered it cannot be changed and we will not accept exchanges or refunds on the item if the embroidery matches the details given in the instructions from the buyer.

If you choose a plain blanket and also provide personalisation details the order will be refunded and cancelled to enable you to re-order using the correct options and price.
