Extremely rare & vintage stirling engine steamroller toy made by Passall for Freeman & Brown in England during 1949. This is the first stirling engine mass production toy (vehicle, not only a stirling engine toy as a demo) ever made and really impossible to find. Passall started to produce a tractor during beginning of 50 s´, but this the first vehicle made by the Company and the first vehicle with a stirling engine. It has a very primitive and impressive steampunk look and combines an old technology applied to a toy. All wheels has been made in wood and stirling engine is engraved PATENT PENDING. A fabulous piece with signals of use consistent with age, complete and working (see video). It has been cleaned and oiled, but not restored in any way to preserve its original condition and paint. A really amazing and historical toy for demanding collectors. Long is 23.5 centimeters.
