Published in London in 1801, this is the 24th volume of this work giving accounts of early voyages of travel and exploration.
This volume contains accounts of
A Continuation of the Travels in Upper and Lower Egypt by Mr Sonnini in the years 1777-1778
And Travels in the Northern Part of India, Kashmir, Afghanistan, and Persia, into Russia by the Caspian Sea by Mr Forster in the years 1782-1784
Book is a small format leather bound volume, just under 6 inches tall, 284 pages, illustrated with a frontispiece portrait and two further engraved plates.
CONDITION
Binding is rubbed at edges, minor cracking to the leather
joints, internally foxing and browning to opening and closing few pages, and to
the two plates, and some light browning to the page edges, a crease to one page
edge else in good general condition.
