These are resin kits to create the buildings shown, intended for use in 28-32mm tabletop games such as Mordheim, Frostgrave Warhammer etc. They are provided unassembled and unpainted, the pictures of the white resin sections illustrate what you will receive (the figure is only shown for scale and is not included).
Building A is approximately 155mm high, and the footprint is 60mm x 85mm.
Building B is approximately 90mm high, and the footprint is 60mm x 85mm.
These will require superglue to assemble (plastic glue does not work on resin). I personally use a combination of greenstuff and superglue to speed up the process, but this is not required.
They will not need washing prior to undercoating.
While care is taken to send you the best possible product, each base being individually checked, occasionally slight imperfections such as bubbles may occur. As with all resin products if sanding or drilling one should wear a mask or respirator.
