Good solid tv. I've had itvsince 2012 and never had a problem with it. High definition and multiple inputs including cable, antennae, serial, a/v, and 3 hdmi ports.  Does not have a stand but I do have a wall bracket (fixed with a slight tilt). Comes with remote and manual. I just needed a tv I could cast to.  I cannot ship this and you will need to be able to carry it out.
