Put your pot on fire
cook your meat and fish ,add pepper ,cook to tender
take the ogbono powder mix it with palmoil or warm water and pour it into the pot cook it for thirty minuites ,because it is the best quality, add jut a little like 40 g for a pot of soup, it will rise exceedingly, more than the other type that is mixed
Then when it is done, make your eba, amala, iyan ,lafun, semovita ,fufu and put your prepared ogbono soup on top
