Combined shipping is automatically provided for all lots purchased within 4 days for the highest shipping charge among the lots.  My lots are set up to provide combined shipping without an invoice.  Place the Buy It Now items you wish to purchase in the 'Cart', and when you go to pay for the items in your Cart, you will get combined shipping.  If you win auction items, you will get combined shipping when you go to your Purchase History page and click Pay Now for any item.  If you have won Auction items and put Buy It Now items in your Cart, when you go to pay in the Cart or on the Purchase History page, you will get combined shipping for all the items - without an invoice.

Standard shipping in the US is first class mail with eBay tracking and insurance.  Standard shipping to locations outside the US will be first class international mail without tracking or insurance.  If the buyer wishes it shipped insured with tracking and insurance (priority mail), then the buyer must notify the seller before paying for the item and pay additional shipping charges.
