I am yet to find any advance copies of this MacMillan Edition online.
This would be a library completer or a substantial excellent copy to shelf for the purpose of having a handsome edition of this book in a first impression state.
Review Copies, Uncorrected Proofs and ARCS are always difficult to find.
There is almost no wear to be found in or on the book.
Other than the Publishers pasted Advance Review Lagel there is no writing or stampings to be found anywhere.
The jacket is fresh and was printed in London and the jacket was clipped by the MacMillan Publishers in Canada for sale in the Canadian market before being sent to intended receiver for critical citation/ review.
Otherwise, the book is fresh and unread.
