This is a Fusible Link removed from a mid 90s Chevy truck. It is technically "used', but not blown.
The fusible link is marked as 1.0 sq mm, equivalent to a 16g link, and is marked 16 on the plastic splice joint.
The fusible link is joined to an 12 gauge wire that you can splice to your existing wiring.
The ring terminal is sized for a 5/16" stud (8mm). The ring terminal measures 0.69" across its outer width.
