Dennis Stovall (editor), made a publishers note (feedback) on the Amazon listing of this book, 11/7/2013:
"As co-publishers of Blue Heron Publishing, Linny Stovall and I (Dennis Stovall) published this superb collection as part of the Left Bank Books series. This was #8, earlier editions in the series were numbered. But this book contains Chuck Palaniuk's short story titled Fight Club. It eventually became chapter six in the book by the same name. This was Chuck's first publication, and much of the story was actually conceived over a dinner with him at our home, to which he was invited by Erin Leonard. It's also worth knowing that there are two different covers: while designing the cover against a printing deadline, I failed to change the title on the spine from "Secrets," the previous title in the Left Bank Books series, and several hundred made it into the marketplace before I discovered my error and had the book reprinted.
A second (clarification) feedback was left almost one year later:
"One quick correction on Dennis Stovall's 'Publisher's note': For some reason, he incorrectly cited the 'spine error' title as "Secrets". The eighth title in the Left Bank Book series of Blue Heron Publishing (based in Portland, OR) was "Pursuit of Happiness", which is now known to collectors as the true first printing of any portion of 'Fight Club', by Chuck Palahniuk. However, as Dennis recalls in his own note above, he failed to change the title of the spine of the seventh title, "Head / Waters" (not "Secrets"). These particular copies are extremely rare, especially in collectible condition - he mentions "several hundred made it into the marketplace before I discovered my error and had the book reprinted". A picture has been supplied to show the two different spine variants. The "Head/Waters" copies are some of the most collectible versions of this much sought-after early title by Chuck Palahniuk."

which was later published in book form in 1996. Included in this
publication is Chapter 6 - the 'Microsoft' chapter, in which "Fight
Club" begins. Extremely collectible and scarce in the rare 'Head/Waters' variant! Only TWO other things were
published prior to this anthology (two short stories, circa 1990). In unread condition - has what appears to be glue residue on outer spine covering, otherwise no interior marks, bumps or creases.
