You will receive 25 charms that are a symbol of Christ or the Christian faith. The charms are listed below with their symbolism.


The 25 piece charm set comes in a red velvet pouch.


The charms do not come with jump rings attached, you can purchase them separately or you can use basic Christmas ornament hangers as I did, the small ones work best (see photos). I found a 16 inch tall Christmas tree decoration at walmart for $10.98. It is made of folded green velvet ribbon. I slid the ornament hooks into the folded ribbon to hold the charms (see photos) *The tree and the ornament hooks are NOT included, they are shown as a reference of how you can display the crismon charms*

The word Chrismon a combination of "Christ" and "monogram" and is used to refer to special Christmas tree ornaments that are symbols of Christ and the Christian faith.

The 25 charms you will receive:
1. Triquerta with circle: The triquerta symbolizes the Trinity, representing the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The circle represents eternity.
2. Five pointed star represents the five wounds of Jesus on the cross. It is also the great symbol of the Epiphany; the star that led the three wise men to the nativity.
3. Sun: the Son of Righteousness symbolizes that like the sun, Christ the Son of God is the source of light and life to those who believe in Him.
4. Fleur de Lis is a stylized lily. It represents purity and so symbolizes the Virgin Mary. It also represents rebirth and hope and the resurrection. Because of its three points, it can symbolize the Trinity.
5. The anchor is one of the oldest symbols in Christianity and was used by Christians in the Roman catacombs. The anchor was adopted by Christians as a symbol of hope because it was regarded in ancient times as a symbol of
safety. The anchor also forms a cross, and is a reminder that Jesus is our anchor
6. The fish or IXTHUS is an acrostic for the Greek words meaning Jesus Christ, God’s Son and Savior. The fish was once a secret sign used during times of persecution to point the way to places of worship.
7. Alpha and Omega are the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet symbolizing that Jesus the Christ has come, will come again and is the beginning and end of all things. The Chi-Rho are the two Greek letters that are the first two letters in the Greek word for Christ.
8. The clam shell is the symbol of baptism.
9. The butterfly symbolizes the resurrection and life everlasting for the believer.
10. The angel reminds us of the angels who told the shepherds of Jesus’ birth. It can also represent the second coming of Jesus, which the Bible says will begin with an angel blowing a trumpet.
11. The Chalice or cup, symbolizes the sacrament of Holy Eucharist. It also represents forgiveness and reconciliation with God.
12. The sand dollar is known as the Holy Ghost shell. The markings recall events in the life of Christ.
13. The Cross and Crown is an ancient symbol of the humiliation and exaltation of Jesus as the Christ. It symbolizes the suffering and death of Jesus as well as his final victory over sin and death. The Crown is often interpreted as symbolizing a Christian’s reward in heaven for being a faithful servant while living on earth.
14. The lamb is a symbol for Jesus who is sometimes called 'The Lamb of God'.
15. The manger symbolizes the manger in which Mary placed the baby Jesus.
16. The dove is the symbol of peace and the Holy Spirit. It is shown pointing down to represent the Holy Spirit that appeared as a Dove when Jesus was baptized.
17. The Latin or Roman cross is the most recognized Christian symbol and represents the crucifixion.
18. The lamp represents Jesus as the light of the world.
19. The Christmas rose symbolizes the nativity of our Lord.
20. The candle is the symbol of light and life.
21. The grapes represent Communion and Christ’s saying “I am the vine, you are the branches.”
22. The heart symbolizes love. First Corinthians 13:13 says, “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
23. The Bible symbolizes the truth and revelation of the word of God spoken
through Scripture.
24. The rooster is a symbol of steadfastness and faith. According to legend, the rooster has only crowed once at midnight. This was to announce the birth of the Baby Jesus, which is why you find it on many crismon trees.
25. A heart with a cross in it is a symbol commonly associated with Christianity and represents the love and sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
