This is a miniature hat with tulle veil in cylinder shape. It is made of black felt and is 100% polyester.

Hat measures about 7 by 6 by 3 inches. Veil Hangs down about 8 inches from the hat.

Features feathers and veil on the back. Gears and chains on the front. Plastic headband is attached with comfortable elastic.
