Returns and refunds are only allowed on received defective equipment, not on wrongly ordered equipment. Returns and refunds are not valid on sold AS-IS equipment.

If the equipment has any pre-configuration and/or password it’s the buyer’s responsibility to reset it. Most of the equipment will be factory defaulted by us before shipping.
