If the unit is returned with signs of use and a refund has been requested, monies will be deducted to indicate it's new selling value. We will only pay for the return of genuine faulty goods within the 30 day cooling-off period.

If you change your mind then the return shipping costs are payable by the consumer. Genuine faulty goods will be repaired, replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods within 30 days of receipt.

If your device is Brand New and becomes faulty after 30 days then please claim under the manufacturer's warranty if this is still available.
