- No publishing date is given - Circa late 1800's - Numerous mementos (such as string, a flower and scraps of paper) are tucked between the pages - WRITTEN ENTIRELY IN GERMAN
- Contains numerous large and detailed illustrations in black and white
- The covers are made of embossed/tooled leather over a hardcover wooden frame - Remnants of two metal locks/latches appear on the right side of the front cover (one is complete, and the other is missing the latch)
- The pages in the middle of the book are filled with information of the "Fegely" family, including births, deaths, and marriages - Most entries are from Douglass Township, Montgomery County - Most entires range from 1870-1885, which is why I would place the publishing date of the book at circa late 1800's

- Numerous light scratches and scuffs to the leather covers from age and handling - Some light surface wear and chipping to the covers
- Numerous mementos (such as string, a flower and scraps of paper) are tucked between the pages
- Some crimps and a few small margin tears on the pages from handling
- Handwriting occurs in pen on the family history section of the book in the middle
- Numerous discoloration spots/browning/foxing on the pages from age. Overall good condition
