Epic, partly playful, but also melancholy melodies and image-sculpturing lyrics performed by a slightly rough voice with a high recognition value present the distinctive quintessence of LOWFIELD.

Since 2011, LOWFIELD have played with a new line-up and lived up to the already released albums “Tired Of The Scene” (2008) and “Carousell” (2010). With the latest EP “Start The Machine”, the three-headed band provide an impressive first taste of the third album “Timemachine” which will be released in spring 2014.

Matured in means of music and production, the six EP tracks define LOWFIELD’s very own ‘indie rock’ interpre-tation with a proper shot of epic melancholia (“Don’t Leave Me Now”) and fluffy-playful melodies (“Vertigo”).

As the EP has only been available for fans and the live audience so far, there will now be a limited digipak version including the single “Someday” to which the band produced an official video clip.

Seit 2011 spielen LOWFIELD in neuer Besetzung und knüpfen an die beiden bereits veröffentlichten Alben „Tired Of The Scene“ (2008) und „Carousell“ (2010) an.
Mit der aktuellen „Start The Machine“-EP liefert die dreiköpfige Band einen eindrucksvollen Vorgeschmack auf das dritte Album „Timemachine“ ab, welches im Frühjahr 2014 erscheinen wird.

Musikalisch und produktionstechnisch gereift, definieren die sechs EP-Titel LOWFIELD‘s eigene „Indie-Rock“-Interpretation mit einem gehörigen Schuss tragender Melancholie („Don’t Leave Me Now“) und flockig-verspielter Melodik („Vertigo“).

Nachdem die EP bisher nur für Fans und Live-Gäste erhältlich war, erscheint nun eine limitierte Digipak Version, auf der unter anderem die Single „Someday“ vertreten ist, zu der die Band ein offizielles Video produziert hat.
