A very detailed map of North Wales with houses, farms etc named. The rail route networks are shown and the official names of Railway Stations along the routes etc. which include the Aberystwyth and Welsh Coast Railway; the Chester and Holyhead Railway; etc. Various colours distinguish the borough and political subdivisions.

The map covers from Tyrdan on Colwyn Bay in the North East, right around the coast, including Anglesey, and down to Moel Ifor on the South West coast. The map then extends inland as far as Afon Gwnay in the South East. The map then runs back North in a line passing through or near to: Haffod Feddgar, Llanbry, Dinas Mowddwy, Ty n Twll, Caer Gai, Tir Evan, Gwytherru, March Aled, and back to Tyrdan. Reive.

This map is from the date stated and not a later reproduction

Suitable for framing. It measures 500x330mm (19.25x13inches). It is blank on the reverse. It has an as published fold to the centre. There is age yellowing consistent with the age of the map. It originally would have been in an atlas, edge mounted so as to avoid damage to the map, and not stapled. The listing images may show watermarks; these are NOT on the actual maps.
