Manufactured in the UK to a high standard, this Center CB 22mm blanking plug is suitable for use in all plumbing and heating applications. This compression fitting creates a mechanical joint as the nut is tightened, compressing the ring to the tube. Completely heat-free, compression fittings are ideal for use in challenging settings where a naked flame is inadvisable and can be taken apart and remade using a new ring without any loss of performance. Additionally, they offer ease of fitting on wet pipework and are therefore often chosen for repairs where draining isn't desirable. Compatible with hot and cold water services, heating installations, fuel services and in industrial engineering applications, compression fittings can also be used in low pressure domestic gas pipework using copper tube manufactured to EN 1057.
