• Items normally ship within one business day of receiving payment

Shipping Policy

• We do not ship internationally 
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
• Please choose from our shipping options 
• All purchases require a signature at delivery
• Orders are processed on weekdays (except holidays) only and sent directly from Dallas, Texas. 
• We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Any order placed on Friday through Sunday will ship Monday (unless Holiday) or the following business day.
• Please provide us with an accurate physical address and we cannot change the address once the purchase is completed.

Return Policy

• We allow most items to be returned within 30 days of delivery date for exchange or refund
• To start a return please fill out an eBay request so that we can process and respond to your request. 
• Returns are processed on a weekly basis so please allow for a few business days for us to respond. 
• All items must be returned in the original packaging with accessories 
• All returns must be shipped the same way they were received, usually double boxed and padded with bubble wrap.
• The manufacturer's warranty covers the units from any major defects unless otherwise indicated
• Prior to return we require any technical problems to be handled by the manufacturer
