This service offers delidding and replacing the internal Thermal Interface Material (thermal paste) in your processor for liquid metal. This greatly decreases temperatures across all cores of the processor, potentially improving its speed and boost capabilities as well as having higher overclocking headroom. It can also be used to increase CPU longevity and helps towards having a quieter system!

Supported processors
This table does not include every processor model but generally, all processors for sockets LGA1150, 1151, 1155, 1156, 1200 and 1700 from the generations mentioned below are compatible. If your processor is not on this list and you think we are able to delid it, do not hesitate to message us and ask.

Our service includes
- DELID - Taking the IHS off using der8auer's professional tool: Delid-die-mate 2
- Cleaning old thermal paste with 99.9% Isopropyl alcohol & removing old silicone
- Coating all exposed transistors & contacts on the PCB to prevent any possibility of an electrical short
- Applying liquid metal (Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut) to both the CPU die and the IHS to ensure proper contact is made
- RELID - Sealing the IHS back onto the PCB using high-temperature RTV silicone
- Optional - Taking pictures of your processor throughout the process - please request these when placing your order
- Posting your item back using the shipping method you selected in checkout

Replacements & Warranty
There has not been a single case of damaging a processor with this service, however! If the processor has obvious damage marks that were caused by us, and are causing the processor to not work, we will provide a full replacement free of charge. Do note that this service will void any and all warranty which came with your processor.
