This item is pre-owned, but it still appears to be in acceptable condition, in my opinion. However, it is 7 years old and does show some signs of heavy wear due (Sold As Is) to age and use over the years. For example, there is a small rip on the front near the top of the binder. The plastic sleeves look OK, but they are used. I would be happy to provide any additional details you may need upon request.
