This Antique Meiji Japanese Satsuma Vase Table Lamp is a unique addition to your collection. The hand-painted lamp is signed and stands at 27 inches tall (including lampshade harp and finial), with a diameter of 7 inches. The lamp is made of brass and ceramic, with a black color and painted finish, and comes with a brown cord.

This vintage lamp is from Japan, and its style is Meiji. It falls under the categories of Collectibles, Lamps, and Lighting. The brand is Antique, and it was manufactured between 1900-1919. The lamp needs rewiring as the 1940s wires are very brittle and will surely add a touch of elegance to any room.

I believe the vase to be an original period piece (ca 1900) and converted after 1940 to an electric lamp.

I am selling this for an elderly recent widow. She is in the process of downsizing.

I do not attempt to clean these items as I have learned that it is best to let the buyer clean it.
