OEM style bearing with precision laser cut slot for oil pump tang, ceramic/carbon seal set, lip seal and O-rings, see photo of parts.  This service will overhaul your water pump that is sent to me.  This price includes all the parts shown in the photos.  I will also clean and install a new brass fitting in your front cover if you include it and if applicable.  It will include FREE return USPS Priority shipping to the lower 48.  Please read my life time warranty below.

Note: With the age of these pumps increasing, not all pumps are rebuildable.  In most cases it is the main housing that is so corroded at the hose connection that it is unusable.  It has been my experience that when there is a medium amount of whitish corrosion around the hose connection, it has a good chance of being bad.  If you would like to take a picture of yours before you send it, I can give you my opinion.  

Also note the photo of what I usually see when I disassemble the pump, 30+ years, or so, of time, heat and corrosion. 

I have spent years working on this and have been able to find a company to manufacture the correct bearing, including the U slot cut precisely with a laser.  It is not machined or ground out with unknown dimensions, it is very accurately centered and fits with the same tolerances as Honda has used. 

I have included one of my test pumps in the photos.  Like my test pump, all overhauled pumps will be cleaned and micro bead blasted (NO appreciable change in dimensions), assembled with care and then tested for leaks, like the photo.  I run them for 20 to 30 minutes and verify there are NO leaks.  Last photo is of my production line, well as much as it can be, rare to see that many getting ready to go.

If you have a press and are able, I also sell a parts kit on E-Bay that will include a specially made tool and detailed instructions.  Due to the unknown and the possibility for damage etc. there is no warranty on the kit.  I inspect every kit before shipping.

LIFETIME WARRANTY: The advantage of having me rebuild your pump, or purchasing an exchange pump, is that I will give you a lifetime warranty.  If the pump ever leaks at the weep hole, I will repair and ship back to you at no charge.  This does NOT cover the cost of removing the pump, shipping back to me or ANY misc. damage.  Do remember it is up to you to maintain the cooling system in very good working order and always use distilled water when mixing with antifreeze.
