The Chinese developed a material similar to Cinnabar in image for Western Markets during the 1920 era. This is a bottle from that type featuring all the elements collectors of snuff bottles wanted at that time, even if fake such as the mark and material. Still very collectable and this bottle represents exactly that era.
Just over 2 1/2 inch high Cinnabar type material over brass. Nice carved images as seen in pictures. This type sells in the $60-80 dollar range but we have put it on at a lower price to find a new home. We have several from a family collection to sell and will be listing them.
