Repair Estimate Charge

 

Please note that the $10 Fee is an Estimate Charge for the repair of your tripod. This fee covers the evaluation and diagnosis of the issue ONLY.

Shipping Instructions

 

To begin the repair process, please ship your tripod to the address provided below:

Along with your tripod, please include a note describing the problem you are experiencing. To ensure a smooth return process, kindly include your name, phone number, and return address.

 

Estimate Time

 

Once we receive your tripod, our team will diligently evaluate the issue. Within 2 to 6 business days after receiving your tripod, we will send you a detailed estimate for the necessary repairs. It's important to note that we will not proceed with any repairs until you have approved the estimate. 

Please note the $10 estimate fee is non-refundable.

 

U.S. Shipping Information

 

All customers are responsible for shipping the tripod to our repair center and for any return shipping costs, whether or not you decide to proceed with the repair. We recommend choosing a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance for added peace of mind.
