This is a top-grade head shell HS-12 made of beryllium alloy that has the same shape as the unused YAMAHA GT-2000 series HS-11.
This model has a model number printed on it.
The shell is machined from an alloy of beryllium and magnesium, which is expensive and extremely difficult to process, and I think there is probably no other beryllium head shell.
It's the same sandblast finish as the shell that comes with GT-1000 and 750, so some people might be mistaken, but that one is made of die-cast aluminum and has a slightly different shape.
The shape is the same as the HS-11 of the GT-2000 series, but the material is aluminum and expensive beryllium alloy, and the finish is hairline for the HS-11 and sandblast finish for the higher-end specification for the HS-12.
