This is the one-off Doctor Who fanzine 'Time Space Visualiser, Project Theta Six'.

It was published by the Doctor Who Appreciation Society (DWAS) in around 1980 (Check David J. Howe's book for exact date).

Fan fiction about the Time Lords and the history of various popular monsters, really used as an opportunity to print lots of, at the time at least, rare photos.
