Modern vehicles are complex, with subtle curved shapes,
headrests, brake lights and such. Most of our Rear Deck Cover patterns are CAD designed
from the original vehicle dashboard using sophisticated software.
Speakers
Dashcare does not make cutouts for speakers. Dashcare feels this
would defeat the purpose of the deck cover, which is to protect the
deck. The speakers especially need protection from the sun. Sound
will travel through the deck cover material quite well so no cutout is
needed. Trust us on this - leave your deck speakers and rear deck
speakers covered. Custom Rear Deck Covers are constructed using a "zigzag" stitch.
The zigzag stitch takes more time and is more expensive,
but the results are worth the added expense
the stitch acts as a hinge, allowing the cover to contour to
the surface of your rear deck.

FABRIC CHOICES:
Carpet
Made with 100% Solution Dyed Polyester fibers for consistent color,
maximum color fastness and maximum UV Ultraviolet protection! Edge
binding material made from the same polyester. Carpet tends to be a bit
stiffer than the other materials below but it does the job of sun
protection just as well as the other materials.
 Velour 3
layer factory furnace fused construction: Velour Upholstery Grade
Fabric on top (face), foam core and special scrim fabric backing. Face
fabric is Solution Dyed Polyester fibers with high UV inhibitors for
consistent color and maximum color fastness over time in the sun. Edge
binding with the same fabric as the face fabric. This material choice
will provide a soft feel, smooth look, homogenous color and lays well to
complicated dash geometry. 
Suede (Faux Suede)
Same
3 layer construction as the Velour above. Face fabric is Solution Dyed
Polyester with high UV inhibitors for consistent color and maximum color
fastness over time in the sun. The Suede is low knap for a flat, low
glare finish and will have high-low shading effects typical of Suede
material. Edge binding for Suede colors uses Velour fabric, not Suede
fabric because the Suede Fabric in its non-laminated state tends to curl
and shows the back side. We feel edge binding with Velour material
looks better.
 Tech Fabric Tech
fabric has a face fabric that looks like one of the modern "Technical"
fabrics you see in new vehicle seat upholstery. It has a small square
weave pattern and looks a bit 3 dimensional on the surface. Same 3 layer
construction as the Velour & Suede above. Face fabric is Solution
Dyed Polyester with high UV inhibitors for consistent color and maximum
color fastness over time in the sun. Edge binding is done with matching
Tech fabric.
Camouflage Camouflage has the Forest pattern with Green and Brown mix as the face
fabric. Same 3 layer construction. Edge binding is Velour solid color.
