This small scarf pin is absolutely adorable !  I am not sure what the center stone is but it is very pretty pink and greenish blue iridescent depending on the light.  The head and ears are made of faceted clear rhinestones and four paws are made of faceted pink rhinestones. 

It measures approximately 1 1/4 inches tall x 3/4 inches wide - please see all detailed photos for size reference.
