The off the shoulder neck line provides a touch of elegance with stacked floral appliqués adorned with sequins and jewels. The bottom half a tulle underlayer for the dramatic mermaid effect. Gorgeous flattering form fitting silhouette with a hidden back zipper, asymmetrical layering, and a pleated detailing on the front. Looks one of a kind and rare to find this quality and detailing!
