Any order with these shipping addresses will be automatically cancelled and relisted. Payment is due within 24 hours of winning bid/ offer acceptance.

If you do not receive your order, please reach out to us no earlier than 4 weeks from expected delivery date and no later than 90 days after the sale. This will ensure if a device is lost, we can begin a trace and immediately after process an insurance claim for a refund/ replacement (at our discretion, due to stock availability).

We reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from the refund for the loss in value of the item if a device is returned in a different condition than shipped, within 30 days of purchase, per eBay policy. The device must be returned in the exact packaging with all of the parts in the exact condition it was shipped out (for a new device, if the device was used no refunds will be offered). No partial refunds.
