What is Spinach Powder?

Spinach Powder is made from the whole Spinach leaf.  Spinach (Spinacia oleracea), is a hardy, edible leafy vegetable, gown annually during the cooler climate.  Widely grown in Northern Europe, Western Asia and the United States, it received considerable impetus as a crop in the 1920s, when attention was first called to its high content of iron and vitamins A and C.

Suggested Use:
