This is a great vintage, hard to find 1989/90 SF 49ers vs.  Denver Broncos Super Bowl XXIV T-Shirt .

Produced in the United States by Badger Sportswear it is  made of 100% pre-shrunk heavy weight cotton, size XL, with Single Stitching.

The shirt has never been worn and carefully stored.  There is a small yellow spot on the lower back of the shirt (see picture)
