Condition Information

Unless specifically indicated as "Unused, OG, Never Hinged," most material I offer issued prior to 1960 will show some evidence of hinging as this was the mounting practice for most collectors. In many cases, a single stamp , Unused or Used, may have gone through the hands of more than one collector and will have hinge marks on the gum side, hinge remnants attached or hinge thins and gum loss resulting from hinge removal. Occasionally, prior owner's marks may also be present on the reverse side of a stamp. As a rule of thumb, buyers should be aware of the following as used in the descriptions of stamps offered: Unused, OG, Never Hinged - An unused stamp with original gum that shows no evidence of hinging. Unused, OG, previously hinged - An unused stamp that shows evidence of hinging as described above. Unused, NG - An unused stamp that has no trace of original gum as issued and may show evidence of hinging as described above. Unused, NGAI - An unused stamp originally issued without gum Used - A stamp that is postally used. Buyers should assume stamp(s) described as "Used" will always be without gum and previously hinged, as described above, unless otherwise indicated. Photos or scans of items offered are shown above. I regret that I cannot provide scans of the reverse (gum side) of every lot offered. However, I will be happy to provide such scans to potential buyers concerned with gum condition, provided they direct their request to me via eBay's mail system. Unless otherwise indicated, album pages or mounts shown in listings are for display purposes only and are not part of the lot.

Shipping Information

I normally ship items the date payment is received or within 24 hours thereafter (weekends excluded). However, please bear in mind that once an item enters the mail stream, I cannot control how fast it will be delivered.

If you purchase an item and pay for it immediately but intend to bid on other items that have not closed, please advise so that any additional wins can be packaged along with your initial item in order to save mailing costs.

Combined Shipping Costs:

On multiple purchases, the following postage fee information applies:

· United States: $.68 for any number of items purchased within a 5 day cycle to be shipped to an address in the U.S, in a single mailing.

· International: $1.55 for any number of items purchased within a 5 day cycle to be shipped outside of the U.S. in a single mailing.

When purchasing multiple items, especially Buy-It-Now items, please request an invoice so that combined postage charges can be calculated properly.
