Excellent antique condition!
These are original fixtures from the early 1900's.
They have been rewired, new-old-stock sockets added, and they are working well and ready to hang.

Made of heavy, solid cast brass and copper (there is some copper showing through the brass - on one sconce more than the other). No chips in the brass - one has a couple of repaired cracks (see the solder inside), and there are some paint splotches on both from what looks like some wall painting having been done while they were hanging.
The switch on the front of each sconce works great (one switch turns, the other is push-button).
The candle covers are nice, with just a few teeny marks here or there.
Each fixture uses two standard-base light bulb up to 60 watts, or use LED bulbs for any brightness you like. The light bulbs shown ARE INCLUDED, however they're not brand new so we don't know how much life is left in them. :)
Wall mount screws are not included.

He was restoring antique lighting for almost 40 years. This beautiful light was thoughtfully and skillfully restored by Bob to the tiniest detail. From new wiring to cleaning to touching up, buffing and polishing, Bob was a master at the details. He loved what he did and was excited to share these restored works of art with the next generation (see a newspaper article picture of him in photo #24). He worked with loving care, and you can be proud to own one of his restorative works of art. We are certainly proud to have acquired his amazing collection, as we also restore and sell antique lighting and love to share it with all of you who want true antique pieces that have historic personality in your homes and buildings.
